An integral, multi disciplinary consultancy are seeking a professional Senior Building Surveyor to join one of their core offices in Birmingham.
The Senior Building Surveyors role
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be exposed to a variety of commercial based clients whom require a varied range of building surveying work from contract administration, TDD, dilapidations, and project management.
The successful Senior Building Surveyor will also drive fee income generation and support the management and development of the building surveying team.
The Senior Building Surveyor
- Private practice / Construction Consultancy, building surveying experience
- MRICS, or working towards
- Completed a RICS / Building Surveying degree
- 7+ years building surveying experience
- Good with contracts
- Driving licence
